For the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026, the “Program Enrollment and Certificate Application” function is available in the university eCare system for students to apply online. Please inform students accordingly and assist with the application procedures for program enrollment and submission of printed certificate application forms.
Description:
1. Applications for “Program Enrollment and Certificate Application” should be submitted via the website (User Portal → Current Students → Personal Information → University eCare → Course Services → Program Enrollment and Certificate Application).
2. Applicants who are applying for a specific program for the first time or who have not yet registered in the system must complete the application through the platform. Applicants who have already submitted their application on the platform do not need to take further action. Please remember to print the application form and submit it to the “Program Coordinator” of the offering unit for signature approval. The original copy will be retained by the program offering unit to complete the process.
