The application for the 2026 First Phase Skills Excellence Award will officially open on March 2.
For certification and competition reporting as well as Skills Excellence Award applications, students must complete the submission through the eCare system.
Please also submit the Skills Award application form, supporting documents, and a copy of the front cover of the student’s postal savings account passbook to the respective department office for compilation. After passing the initial review, departmental staff will forward the application to the college for approval and stamp, and then the college will consolidate and submit it to the Internship Division of the Office of Research and Development for secondary review (before March 31).
※ Students must ensure that the postal account listed on the application form belongs to themselves, not to parents or others.
※ Please ensure that the following award information is filled in accurately: total number of participating teams, total number of winning teams, and competition prize amount.
※ If the competition meets the eligibility criteria for the Chang Yang Industrial Scholarship and the applicant wishes to apply, please print the application form and indicate “Apply for Chang Yang” in the upper-right corner. If the final review is not approved, the application will automatically be considered under the general competition award category.
